Been going here for years and they have worked on several of my autos. Family owned, no BS, good prices, I will be coming back for all future service needs. Mike and team are great.

Great service, procedures were explained thoroughly, & made every effort to return car to me when promised. Since it was a transmission sensor issue, it took a little longer to diagnose than expected, but the part was installed & transmission was re-programmed. Seems like the tranny is still in the 'learning" phase, but is shifting much smoother with no noticeable slipping. Rosebery did an outstanding job at a reasonable price.

Thanks Dan! It was a pleasure servicing your vehicle, and we appreciate your patience with the process. We look forward to seeing you again!

Roesbery has taken care of my cars since the early 1990's. First went there because they fixed flat tires and no one else around here did; continued going there because of their expertise, the way they explain the work they recommend and involve the customers in every decision about the car's service, the quality of service & repairs, their reminders about regular services due, the fair prices they charge for their services, and the marvelous crew who are the Roesbery owners & employees. M.D., Walnut Creek

Thank you for your continued loyalty as a customer Mary!

I really enjoyed my experience here and felt like I could trust them with not doing any unnecessary fixes or costly upgrades on my car. I really don't know a lot about cars, so this is a really big thing to me. I took my car to a family friend back home for all my car needs, but just moved to this area a few months ago. I can honestly say I feel the same way bringing my car here as I did to my family friend. They are so sweet and you know you're not getting screwed over! What else could you ask for in a car place??

Can I just say that Ralph saved me thousands of dollars. After I bought an Audi at 100k miles, I took it into Rosebery to get the timing belt changed as Audi recommends. I would have taken it to the dealership, but they charged $2500 for a service that Rosebery would complete for $1200. Family members usually do all of the service on my car, so when it comes to paying a mechanic shop... i'm a penny pincher. Since I used to take my G6 here, I figured I would trust them with such an intensive service. After taking the engine apart and doing a full inspecion, they realized that many other things were wrong with this car; spark plugs, axels, boots, etc. Instead of trying to charge me for everything, he explained to me which things were most important and which things could wait. He was VERY patient with my 100 questions and I feel that he always gave honest answers. After I decided I would do minimal service and just sell the stupid car, he even helped me to decide on a car that would be a better fit me for considering price, maintenance, gas and style. He was 100% the best mechanic experience I have ever had. Rosebery always has given my family good service, but this time was definitely what will keep me coming back as long as I live in the area.I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone, and if you do have an Audi, he does service them for an excellent price.

I was impressed with this place. I worked with Mike and Tracy who were both great honest people, which is really hard to find. I felt I could really trust them they are a nice family run business and as a woman this is really important for me as I personally do not know a lot about cars -which puts them 2 stars ahead of anyone else I've brought my car into.I would definitely recommend taking your business here.

I took my car to Lexus of Concord because of a recall, and to replace my engine filter small service. I get a call the next morning it's SATURDAY saying that I need $1700! in service because there is a hole in my power steering pressure hose, my arm bushing need to be replaced alignment afterwards, a low light is out, my license plate light is out... holly cow. I just about had a heart attack, and instantly went onto yelp to find somewhere with good reviews and quick service. Mind you it's Saturday around 12 noon when I start calling around. Then here comes Roesbery to the rescue! I called them and told them what I needed immediately and they had the parts! The woman on the phone was extremely nice, Christina, and when I got there she was so so nice and helpful. I was basically freaking out because of all the things Lexus said I needed repaired, and Roesbery calmed me down and walked me through 1 what each repair really is, 2 how they repair it, 3 the products they use, 4 the price comparison, and 5 WHEN i need to repair it. Lexus of Concord put all the previous listed things in the red zone, whereas Roesbery told me what really needed to be done today, they did it, and charged me almost half of what Lexus quoted me. Then the mechanic came out and gave me a time estimate for the other things I needed fixed.I am so impressed by this place. Coming in as a woman is always difficult to any mechanic shop, especially as me who has my head in books all day and doesn't know anything about cars. They even drove me to the library so I wouldn't have to wait in the office for my car to get done; I was able to get some work done as they worked their magic on my baby. They were so nice, so helpful, and very honest. I live in Sacramento but I plan on bringing my car here anytime I need service. A for Roesbery!! Thank you guys!!
